Glaze for Honey Rolls

These rolls are sooo yummy, yet deceptively simple!  We use this all the time to sweeten up frozen roll dough.  Put 18 rolls in a 9x13 pan and let raise.  Drizzle the glaze over them just before cooking.  A much requested family favorite!


Glaze for Honey Rolls:
1/3 cup sugar
2 T butter, softened
1 T honey
1 egg white

Combine ingredients and drizzle over RAISED rolls.  The egg white makes the mixture "slippery" so just do the best you can.  It's all good!

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.  (You can also follow the baking time on the roll package.)

SPEED RISE METHOD:  put pan of rolls in the oven.  Turn oven to 350 -- set the time for 1 minute and then turn off heat, leaving rolls in the oven.  SET THE TIMER OR YOU WILL FORGET.
