The Secret Life of Peppers

I was excited to learn something new about peppers.  It was fun, fascinating and informative.  I'll never look at them the same way again.  They have been exposed and don't even seem to care.
It added a little bit of interest, intrigue if you will, to my shopping drudgery.
And then I had to unlearn it.  Apparently Snopes, the know-it-all go-to says it's false.  You know what?  There's too much confusion today about gender, skip that.  I'll decide for myself if there is a difference in flavor.  If you already have, let me know.

Anyway you slice them, they are good for you!  Low in fat, high in Vitamin C and Potassium, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer benefits.  Eat healthy my friends.
